What you will do

• Lead the internal design studio, managing a team of designers, copywriters, and animators.
• Own and evolve the brand identity across every touchpoint and surface.
• Build and optimize the production infrastructure for creative asset delivery.
• Integrate generative AI into the actual design and production workflow.
• Partner with product marketing, growth, and HR teams to create high-impact visual designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on design leader and natural mentor.
• Expertise in branding and storytelling to shape a brand people care about.
• Ability to bring clarity to complexity within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Tel Aviv, Israel.
