What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of the engineering productivity system and define domain-level technical roadmaps.
• Architect and continuously enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery efficiency and reduce build times.
• Define and drive the AI-powered developer productivity strategy, deploying solutions for AI-assisted code review and automated test generation.
• Develop scalable infrastructure services, including messaging platforms, observability systems, and workflow automation tools.
• Provide technical leadership through RFC reviews, mentorship, and the establishment of engineering design patterns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify productivity bottlenecks and deliver data-driven tooling solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record in CI/CD, developer tooling, or platform infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, Go, Kotlin, Rust, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Aliyun) and infrastructure tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems with high concurrency and high availability.
• Ability to define technological strategies for a domain and make sound architectural decisions.
• Must be based in Seattle, US

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging LLM integration (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to automate developer workflows.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or ELK stack.
• Experience with build systems like Bazel or Gradle and internal developer portals.
