What you will do

• Utilize AI and machine learning to automate repetitive developer tasks and streamline workflows.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines to reduce build times and increase deployment frequency.
• Build and maintain scalable internal developer platforms, including messaging and observability systems.
• Implement monitoring and alerting practices to ensure platform health and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with domain engineering teams to identify productivity bottlenecks using data-driven metrics.
• Uphold high engineering quality standards through clean code and thorough reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines or platform infrastructure at scale.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, Go, Kotlin, Rust, or Node.js.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Aliyun) and tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong system design skills for large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, and high-availability systems.
• Location: Based in Seattle

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging LLM integration or AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to enhance developer workflows.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or ELK stack.
