What you will do

• Design and implement robust, scalable data models (star, snowflake) to support BI, machine learning, and operational needs.
• Build and maintain batch and streaming ETL pipelines, managing the end-to-end workflow from ingestion to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous data needs into reliable solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, including system design, performance tuning, monitoring, and data quality improvements.
• Contribute to data governance strategies, policies, and standards across the organization.
• Integrate data engineering practices with AI to create practical and creative business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience designing and implementing scalable and reliable ETL pipelines.
• Experience with streaming data pipelines or real-time processing technologies like Apache Kafka or Apache Flink.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Databricks, and Airflow.
• Location: This role is based in Singapore.
