What you will do

• Design and evolve the citizen-developer platform to simplify automation for non-technical users.
• Implement secure SDLC and guardrails to ensure compliance and security are baked in by default.
• Build self-serve development and operations tooling to reduce dependency on central platform engineers.
• Design and maintain Temporal-based workflow infrastructure, addressing multi-tenancy and high availability.
• Contribute to the Kubernetes and GitOps foundation using ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
• Lead incident response and drive long-term fixes through on-call rotations and technical design discussions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Software or Platform Engineering building production backend services.
• Proficiency in a strongly typed backend language (Golang or Java) and familiarity with Python or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Terraform).
• Experience designing internal platforms or developer tooling used by multiple teams.
• Ability to translate platform constraints into clear APIs and contracts.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

• Experience building tooling for non-product engineering users or low-code/no-code environments.
• Proven experience with Temporal, Cadence, Step Functions, Airflow, or large-scale stateful workloads (Redis, Cassandra, HBase).
