What you will do

• Draft, redline, and execute vendor agreements while assessing risk and identifying deviations from standards.
• Serve as the central point of contact for contract reviews, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Data Security teams.
• Translate complex contractual terms into plain language for internal stakeholders.
• Execute sourcing events including RFPs and RFQs from requirements definition to vendor selection.
• Manage the renewal pipeline to prevent lapses and ensure favorable negotiation terms.
• Refine procurement procedures and communicate policy changes across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation, drafting, redlining, and administration.
• Progressive experience in contracts management, purchasing, and strategic sourcing.
• Specialization in indirect procurement with a focus on IT software negotiations.
• Proficiency in electronic procurement platforms and MS Suite applications.
