What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance software solutions within the hirify.global portfolio.
• Develop and optimize multithreaded backend services using C# and .NET.
• Contribute to scalable systems architecture and manage cloud infrastructure via AWS and Terraform.
• Integrate AI-driven development workflows to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex technical challenges and ensure system reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality and security standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and AWS cloud services.
• Advanced understanding of web security principles and performance optimization.
• Must be based in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Fargate, and CI/CD pipelines (Buildkite, TeamCity, Jenkins).
• Expertise in prompt engineering and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
