Product Lead, T:0 (Agentic) Finance

Location: San Francisco, United States. This role is based in SF.

Salary: $210,000–$290,000 annually, plus equity and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the development of a new agentic finance product from zero to one.
• Define product strategy, solution design, user experience, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial teams, and customers to achieve product-market fit and scale the product.
• Research AI developments, target markets, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
• Build intelligent automation across finance workflows such as payments, payroll, bookkeeping, and tax.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience using AI, LLMs, or machine learning.
• Experience in product management and building products from zero to one.
• Previous experience as a startup founder or early-stage joiner.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM discipline.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-structuring, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
