What you will do
- Capture business vision and translate complex needs into structured requirements and actionable inputs for delivery teams.
- Analyze current "as-is" states and model target "to-be" architectures, identifying gaps and risks.
- Develop business cases to assess the feasibility and value of proposed solutions or investments.
- Collaborate with data engineers and BI specialists to ensure accurate data flows and solution alignment.
- Lead people by hiring, onboarding, and coaching talent, ensuring growth aligned with company values.
- Drive business value through stakeholder analysis, global collaboration, and pre-sales support.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in IT focusing on enterprise-scale solutions.
- Practical knowledge of data environments (data warehouses, lakes, marts) and basic data mapping.
- Proficiency in writing and validating SQL queries for data analysis and verification.
- Understanding of cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
- Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies in cross-functional teams.
- English: Confident communication skills required for international collaboration.
Nice to have
- Background in data engineering or data science.
- Professional certifications like IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA, OCUP 2, OCEB 2, or TOGAF.
- Fluent German language proficiency.
