What you will do
- Collaborate within a full-stack team to design and implement scalable machine learning solutions.
- Develop and train bandit models and large-scale neural networks to optimize monetization and user experience.
- Drive strategic product and business decision-making as a key member of the Monetization leadership group.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, applying the latest developments in LLMs and bandits to production projects.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to foster professional growth.
- Ensure the quality, efficiency, and scalability of deployed AI models.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI research engineer in fields such as LLMs, bandits, or computer vision.
- Strong background in training and fine-tuning large models in applied settings.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY.
