What you will do

• Provide high-quality, short-term counseling (1-8 sessions) to corporate employees and their families.
• Address challenges including stress, burnout, relationship issues, and mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, SFBT, or ACT tailored to an EAP context.
• Adapt clinical frameworks to local cultural norms and familial structures.
• Manage scheduling, case notes, and data privacy compliance via a secure digital platform.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Social Work.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor, or clinical social worker.
• Proven experience in short-term therapy or EAP programs.
• Secure, confidential space with high-speed internet for telehealth sessions.
• Must be locally based in Morocco and legally authorized to practice.
