What you will do

• Design and maintain large-scale, high-performance backend systems.
• Develop and refine services to improve overall scalability and efficiency.
• Create RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate on the migration to a service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience in PHP.
• 2+ years of experience with Laravel or equivalent Symfony experience.
• Expertise in distributed systems, scalable services, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and caching strategies.
• Proficiency in OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with AWS services, containerization with Docker, and monitoring tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS/PaaS, SOA, or microservices architecture.
