Systems Test Engineer

Location: Must be based in Casalecchio di Reno, Italy (Hybrid model).

What you will do

• Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests on coffee machine systems.
• Define and maintain test cases and validation protocols.
• Analyze test results to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support prototype development, validation cycles, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document all testing activities accurately in line with internal standards.

Requirements

• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong practical mindset and willingness to work with physical prototypes and lab equipment.
• Basic understanding of testing principles and structured problem-solving.
• Must be able to work on-site in Casalecchio di Reno, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience with coffee machines or small domestic appliances.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW for bench setup.
• Exposure to testing labs or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and testing equipment.
