What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food processing and packaging lines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Train customer operators to improve production efficiency and equipment handling.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, food quality standards, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Asunción, Paraguay.
• Degree or equivalent experience in industrial systems, automation, or engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles.
• Solid foundation in mechanical, electrical, and automation principles, including PLCs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, HMI & SCADA (AVEVA InTouch/Beijer), and industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet).
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
