What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 technical leaders and scientists.
• Oversee strategic, operational, and technical deliverables using advanced analytics including MS and NMR spectroscopy.
• Drive MS-based characterization of biologics such as mAbs, bispecifics, and ADCs.
• Provide overarching MS strategy to ensure global regulatory alignment and response to health authority inquiries.
• Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, and innovative workflows within the analytical organization.
• Author relevant sections in INDs and IMAs to support the complex biologics pipeline.

Requirements

• PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related field with 7+ years of experience, or M.S./B.S. with 8-12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Strong understanding of biologics modalities and analytical methodologies like HPLC/UPLC and Mass Spectrometry.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading teams in a complex cross-functional environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance scientific excellence and business priorities.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
