What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair biomedical equipment and IT connectivity issues.
• Drive business development for Automated Infusion Systems through product presentations and user training.
• Identify connectivity needs to tailor optimal technical solutions for healthcare facilities.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and diagnostics of customer devices on-site.
• Support IT projects across hospitals in North and West Africa.
• Prepare technical documentation and process descriptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Business Administration with IT background, or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT with knowledge of logical and physical network design.
• Strong expertise in LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
• Knowledge of network security policies and diagnostic techniques.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools.
