Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per month

What you will do

• Turn design mockups into fast, responsive websites and own them end-to-end.
• Build and maintain landing pages, blog templates, and practice-area pages within the CMS.
• Manage site architecture, technical SEO, XML sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals.
• Execute high-intent keyword research and optimize content for E-E-A-T and YMYL standards.
• Lead local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile and map-pack visibility.
• Run CRO experiments to convert organic traffic into signed cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at the intersection of web design and SEO.
• Proven track record building conversion-focused sites on Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies.
• Ability to manage web launches and migrations independently.
• Must be available to work 9am - 6pm EST.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing for law firms or high-intent local services.
• Familiarity with legal intake tools, CRMs, and call-tracking platforms.
• Basic custom coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
