What you will do

• Work on CFO-related products and opportunities, from value creation strategy to performance management and digital finance.
• Help define the role of the finance organization and transform finance to be efficient and effective.
• Analyze and support decisions on finance costs, corporate planning alignment, and investor/corporate strategy enablement.
• Conduct end-to-end finance process and benchmarking analyses (e.g., profitability, capital structure, liquidity, cash flow).
• Develop client-ready analyses and insights, including slide writing, story-lining, and workshop facilitation.
• Collaborate with topic teams to build and maintain CFOx knowledge materials and tools based on emerging trends and gaps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting experience in a relevant sector/topic (or 3+ years industry experience if not from consulting; 4–6+ years strongly preferred).
• Experience in finance organization topics such as finance transformation, reporting, corporate governance, performance management, planning/budgeting, or corporate risk management.
• Deep end-to-end expertise in at least two finance process areas (e.g., Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, FP&A, Cash & Banking/Treasury, Payroll, Fixed Assets).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver high-quality client-ready insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication and confident client presence/relationship-building skills.
• Master’s degree in business administration, corporate finance, accounting, mathematics (or CPA) with very good academic achievements.
