AIV Manager (Space)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the Integration, Verification, and Validation strategy.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise complex test campaigns.
• Manage traceability matrices between requirements, test cases, and results.
• Lead technical reviews (TRR, TRB, QR) and oversee defect resolution.
• Manage and mentor teams of V&V engineers, setting priorities and tracking milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding V&V documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience as a V&V Lead, Test Manager, or Systems Validation Manager.
• Proficiency in V&V tools such as qTest, Xray, Test Rail, or HP ALM.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Robotframework or Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Github, and Ansible.
• Solid experience working in Linux environments.
• Ability to work in Spain (relocation package available).

• Experience in the space or aerospace sector.
