TL;DR

Transfer Pricing Junior Associate (Finance): Supporting the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies with an accent on international tax compliance and intercompany documentation. Location: Hybrid (Lisbon, Portugal) — 3 days a week from the office, 2 days from home

What you will do

  • Gather and organize financial and operational data to support transfer pricing models and economic analyses.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to track cross-border profit flows.
  • Analyze financials and craft narratives to support corporate pricing strategies.
  • Assist in the rollout and implementation of new global transfer pricing policies and compliance initiatives.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation (Master Files, Local Files, CbCR) aligned with OECD guidelines.
  • Support tax compliance and audit readiness by organizing documentation for tax authorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in transfer pricing, corporate tax, or financial analysis (internships included).
  • High proficiency in Excel and strong quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to international tax principles or accounting standards (IFRS or US GAAP).
  • Previous experience or internship within a Big Four firm or multinational corporate environment.
  • Foundational understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
