What you will do

• Own the end-to-end configuration and validation of campaigns, features, and content delivered through Online Services products.
• Define and enforce pre-launch validation workflows, including configuration checklists and go/no-go gates.
• Independently diagnose root causes of live operations issues by analyzing logs, API responses, and configuration flows.
• Drive the onboarding and integration journey for products such as Player Account & Authentication and hirify.global+ Subscription.
• Collaborate with Product and Program Managers to track internal needs and document operational procedures.
• Proactively improve operational processes, user flows, and technical flows through workshops and discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, live services, release management, or DevOps within a software product environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring back-office tools, CMS platforms, or service administration interfaces.
• Strong practical knowledge of REST APIs and data formats like JSON and XML.
• Ability to troubleshoot web services environments independently before escalating to engineering.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Must be located in Bucharest, Romania or Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Experience with live operations workflows specifically within the gaming or digital services sector.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, OAuth, or similar authentication protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, or infrastructure monitoring.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
