Purchasing Associate (Portuguese)

Location: Must be based in Panama City, Panama. The company is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

• Execute transactional replenishment activities in accordance with sourcing strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with Purchase to Payment (P2P) processes.
• Adhere to global supplier management processes and stay updated on developments.
• Coordinate with Supply Managers and stakeholders to resolve operational purchasing issues.
• Maintain high data accuracy in purchasing orders.
• Provide feedback on system issues to relevant supplier management contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Fluent Portuguese language is mandatory.
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken) or above.
• Intermediate Excel experience is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in purchasing.
• Knowledge of SAP.
