What you will do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems.
• Manage IT support operations, including receiving, tracking, and resolving user requests.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop systems and peripherals.
• Handle asset management of hardware and software inventories and licensing.
• Document system problems and their resolutions.
• Assist in providing basic IT training to staff.

Requirements

• College Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1+ years of experience in IT.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.
• Must be based in Bucharest for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Related experience in systems and network administration.
