What you will do

• Monitor fiat and crypto transactions to identify and mitigate suspicious activity and financial crime.
• Analyze blockchain data to derive actionable insights for risk-based decision making.
• Provide professional customer support via email and live chat regarding transaction queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams on escalated cases to ensure SLA adherence and operational improvement.
• Track and report on emerging fraud trends to support senior team members.

Requirements

• Experience in fraud prevention, preferably within the crypto or Fintech sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills grounded in data and logic.
• Ability to communicate effectively and make decisions based on evidence.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and a continuous learning mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work in Vienna, Austria (Hybrid model)

Nice to have

• Blockchain investigation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL.
