Senior Helpdesk Analyst (IT Support): Providing high-level end-user support and technical leadership for Windows and macOS environments across the EMEA region with an accent on device lifecycle management and escalation resolution. Location: Hybrid (Brno, Czech Republic) — Minimum 3 days at the office (mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

What you will do
- Act as the senior technical point of contact and escalation resource for the Brno site and EMEA remote employees.
- Manage end-user support and device provisioning using Jamf, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues across Windows and macOS platforms, including VPN and M365 support.
- Oversee the full device and asset lifecycle, from procurement and imaging to refresh and returns.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities in collaboration with Global EUS teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to drive continuous improvement in support quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or IT administration.
- Deep technical expertise in both Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Jamf, Entra ID, and Windows Autopilot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for supporting executives and internal users.
- Flexibility to work across time zones with global teams.
Nice to have
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with modern endpoint management (MDM) policies and configuration.
