What you will do

• Coordinate and supervise blade teams on-site, providing technical guidance for inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Conduct technical audits and field controls of blade service providers.
• Plan and execute fault clearance activities and manage the lifecycle of SNOW tickets.
• Analyze defect evaluations and develop cross-functional technical solutions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and deliver technical training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate within a global expert network to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in operational blade services.
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a rotation scheme with 80% international travel.
• Professional level fluency in English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Systematic problem-solving skills and a hands-on troubleshooting mentality.
