What you will do

• Conceptualize and develop on-brand graphic elements and storyboards for various digital and broadcast platforms.
• Create high-impact animations tailored for social media formats, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients across design, marketing, and production teams to ensure a premium user experience.
• Manage project milestones to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, presentation-ready assets.
• Optimize and adapt existing graphics department processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Research industry trends and platform algorithms to maintain a contemporary approach to visual storytelling.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in motion graphics, digital media, or content creation.
• Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing contemporary motion graphics and social-media focused content.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of modern video editing and post-production workflows.
• Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to commit to a hybrid work model in Oakville, ON.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma or Canva.
• Experience or strong interest in professional AI generation platforms (e.g., Runway ML, Midjourney).
• Bilingualism in English and French.
