Demand Generation Lead (Finance)

Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Candidates must be authorized to work in Indonesia as visa sponsorship cannot be provided.

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of the business advisory model and platform.
• Build and manage a network of business advisors and intermediaries to support MSMEs.
• Oversee MSME screening, investment readiness, and preparation of business plans and financial models.
• Develop a pipeline of investment-ready MSMEs across priority sectors.
• Support deal structuring and facilitate matchmaking between capital providers and MSMEs.
• Design and manage results-based incentives tied to capital mobilization and deal closure.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in business advisory, incubation, acceleration, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated experience originating and closing transactions in emerging markets.
• Experience working with financial institutions and MSMEs, particularly in the agricultural sector.
• Authorized to work in Indonesia (no visa sponsorship available).
• English: Fluency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with blended finance and results-based financing approaches.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
