What you will do

• Define and enforce enterprise data standards across product, customer, revenue, and financial domains.
• Own end-to-end data integrity across the quote-to-cash cycle from CPQ configuration to revenue recognition.
• Lead the business intelligence platform to translate complex data into proactive insights for executive and board reporting.
• Direct Salesforce platform strategy, CPQ architecture, and integration governance between Salesforce CPQ and hirify.global Kinetic.
• Develop data quality engineering, BI, and data stewardship capabilities across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 13+ years of progressive experience in data, systems, or operations leadership within complex enterprise environments.
• 8+ years of experience managing and developing multi-discipline technical teams.
• Deep domain expertise in quote-to-cash (Q2C), including CPQ, ERP, and billing workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and major ERPs (e.g., hirify.global Kinetic, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
• Proven ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively with the CEO, board, and senior leadership.
