What you will do

• Manage site operations and asset governance.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Act as the central gatekeeper for site project execution and drive RE&F standards.
• Oversee request processes for real estate, construction, and facility management services.
• Manage third-party provider performance and negotiate contracts for efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive site records for audit and reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Professional experience of 4 years in facility management.
• English: Intermediate (B1) required.
• Experience supporting productive and engaging work environments.
• Ability to lead initiatives for workplace satisfaction and sustainability.
• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico to manage physical site operations.

• Data Center Certifications (DCDA, BCM, OPRO, CDCP, CDCS, CDE, CDFOM, CDRP).
