TL;DR

Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator (Marketing): Implementing and optimizing automated messaging campaigns to drive user activation and retention with an accent on email, push, and SMS communication. Focus on managing campaign performance, localizing content for global markets, and leveraging automation tools to engage diverse user segments.

Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid model with at least 12 in-office days per month).

What you will do

  • Support the performance of over 2000 automated messages by setting up campaigns and managing copy, visuals, and targeting.
  • Draft, localize, and implement lifecycle messaging for active, passive, and churned users.
  • Collaborate with 30+ local teams to execute market-specific and global ad-hoc communications.
  • Debug and optimize active campaigns to ensure peak performance.
  • Analyze communication data to identify opportunities for improved user engagement.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, product, or a related field.
  • Excellent English copywriting skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of user lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia and able to work in a hybrid model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with lifecycle or email campaigns targeting large audiences.
  • Proficiency with customer engagement tools such as Leanplum, Braze, or Intercom.
