What you will do
- Partner with Enterprise SOC and Threat Intelligence to turn emerging threats and attack trends into awareness campaigns, simulations, and employee education.
- Design, execute, and continuously improve monthly phishing simulation programs aligned to real-world attack patterns and user maturity.
- Develop and maintain risk-based metrics for human cyber risk across business units, delivering executive and operational reporting.
- Identify high-risk user populations and recommend targeted interventions, reinforcement activities, and behavior change initiatives.
- Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness training and role/function-specific cybersecurity education, using gamification, micro-learning, and behavioral nudges.
- Run Cybersecurity Awareness Month and design, facilitate, and improve cybersecurity tabletop exercises with SOC and Incident Response teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, communications, organizational development, psychology, education, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk management, cybersecurity culture, behavioral change, or related programs.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise phishing simulation programs.
- Strong understanding of social engineering techniques, threat actor behaviors, and human cyber risk management concepts.
- Ability to translate complex technical threats into engaging, business-focused communications and training for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
