What you will do
- Conduct end-to-end penetration testing for web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and Kubernetes clusters.
- Simulate real-world attack scenarios, including privilege escalation, lateral movement, and attack path analysis.
- Perform vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses across products and infrastructure.
- Assess the security of cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Manage bug bounty programs and coordinate responsible disclosure activities.
- Partner with infrastructure and product teams to translate findings into practical remediation plans.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Offensive Security, Penetration Testing, or Red Team roles.
- Practical experience with web, API, and cloud (AWS/GCP) penetration testing.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container security assessments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar.
- Understanding of security frameworks such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, PTES, or ASVS.
- Native Russian language proficiency.
- Willingness to work from offices in Almaty, Tbilisi, Yerevan, or Limassol.
