TL;DR

Senior Offensive Security Engineer (Cybersecurity): Identifying weaknesses and testing infrastructure/products to ensure game services are secure and resilient with an accent on end-to-end penetration testing and cloud security. Focus on simulating real-world attack scenarios, securing Kubernetes clusters, and implementing practical remediation plans.

Location: Must be based in or be able to work from offices in Limassol, Almaty, Yerevan, or Tbilisi (Hybrid or Onsite)

What you will do

  • Conduct end-to-end penetration testing for web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and Kubernetes clusters.
  • Simulate real-world attack scenarios, including privilege escalation, lateral movement, and attack path analysis.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses across products and infrastructure.
  • Assess the security of cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Manage bug bounty programs and coordinate responsible disclosure activities.
  • Partner with infrastructure and product teams to translate findings into practical remediation plans.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Offensive Security, Penetration Testing, or Red Team roles.
  • Practical experience with web, API, and cloud (AWS/GCP) penetration testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container security assessments.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar.
  • Understanding of security frameworks such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, PTES, or ASVS.
  • Native Russian language proficiency.
  • Willingness to work from offices in Almaty, Tbilisi, Yerevan, or Limassol.
