TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity): Driving onboarding, adoption, and retention for enterprise customers using deep observability tools with an accent on technical advisory, architectural guidance, and business outcome alignment. Focus on identifying adoption blockers, translating complex technical concepts for executives, and coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure system value.

What you will do

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across strategic accounts.
  • Serve as a technical advisor, explaining architecture, deployment best practices, and solution value.
  • Align hirify.global's technical capabilities with customer business outcomes and success criteria.
  • Identify technical risks and adoption blockers, coordinating internal resources to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Support, Product, and Sales for a seamless customer experience.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, TAM, CSE, etc.).
  • Strong foundational knowledge of networking, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure concepts.
  • Experience with Linux, common deployment models, and hybrid environments.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to influence outcomes cross-functionally without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting SaaS, on-premise, or hybrid deployment models.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Nutanix.
  • Background in cybersecurity, observability, or B2B enterprise software.
