What you will do

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations.
• Analyze technical issues and escalate them using standard operating processes.

• Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development.
• Ensure full compliance with OHS safety protocols, food quality, and reporting standards.
• Represent the company professionally to improve customer operations and service delivery.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles.
• Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 85% of the time.
• Intermediate level of English (written and verbal).
• Proactive, customer-first mindset.
