What you will do

• Facilitate Cloud Services scrum teams, resolving impediments and removing blockers.
• Implement agile methods to increase productivity and improve the quality of deliverables.
• Host daily team meetings and stakeholder sessions to track project health and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog optimization, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve methodology efficiency and foster team collaboration.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Leader with an agile focus.
• 3+ years in SaaS software development, DevOps, or service delivery.
• Experience with Public Cloud platforms, specifically Azure and/or AWS.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies including XP, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
