What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely VAT compliance across multiple jurisdictions in coordination with shared service centers and local advisors.
• Monitor VAT treatment for cross-border B2C, B2B, OSS, and IOSS transactions.
• Identify VAT risks in logistics flows, invoicing, and credit notes to improve controls and documentation.
• Support corporate tax compliance, including CIT, WHT, Transfer Pricing (Local/Master File), and Pillar II.
• Act as the primary contact for tax authorities and coordinate responses during VAT audits.
• Maintain clear, well-documented tax positions and accounting records ready for review.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working in multi-entity, multi-country environments.
• Strong expertise in VAT and indirect tax with a solid understanding of cross-border flows.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP (preferred), and strong Excel skills.
• Proven ability to take ownership of tax topics and solve complex problems hands-on.
• Collaborative mindset for working with SSCs, auditors, treasury, and cross-functional teams.
