What you will do

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with domain objectives.
  • Design and run experiments with analytics partners to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development from concept to launch.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and data insights.
  • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and guide iteration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product-related topics and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Previous experience in Operations, Strategy, or marketplace balancing/pricing products.
  • Track record of launching and scaling products with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively within iterative, cross-functional environments.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Tallinn, Estonia, with a hybrid requirement of at least 12 days per month.
