  • Define and execute the product roadmap for cybersecurity solutions aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from identification of client needs to solution development.
  • Design security controls, policies, and procedures to protect customer data and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative security technologies.
  • Ensure all solutions meet regulatory requirements and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage development projects effectively.

Требования

  • Must be based in Espoo or Jyväskylä, Finland
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity within the Finnish financial landscape (banking preferred).
  • Proven track record in software product development and management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Finnish and good communication skills in English
  • Valid certification in CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or GIAC Security Essentials.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
