What you will do

• Manage end-to-end booking lifecycles including creation, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide technical support and expertise to internal Travel Partners.
• Liaise with external travel suppliers to ensure service delivery.
• Execute flight reservations using GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Spain.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a tour operator or travel agency.
• Higher education qualification in Tourism or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
