What you will do

• Own safety automation and prediction systems end-to-end, including user screening and telemetry anomaly detection.
• Develop and monitor automated safety systems using supervised learning and real-time risk models.
• Design and execute large-scale experiments to validate safety approaches and estimate impact on core metrics.
• Lead the ML-first approach to safety and risk management throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and product managers to create data-informed safety solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning for automated decision-making.
• Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, statistical inference, and autonomous decision-making systems.
• Mastery of Python and SQL.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously from problem research to model deployment.
• Skilled at communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
