What you will do

• Improve compliance flows by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and usability.
• Collaborate with platform teams to deliver reliable compliance features and validations.
• Own and manage the product roadmap for the expansion toolkit.
• Prioritize initiatives based on regulatory needs, user impact, and data.
• Engage with external stakeholders and city authorities to demonstrate scalable compliance solutions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced technology company.
• Proven ability to balance compliance requirements with user experience.
• Strong expertise in experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to operate effectively with imperfect or limited datasets.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tallinn, Estonia.
