Product Designer (Web)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Web): Designing and maintaining all public web pages and the design language for web products with an accent on conversion, discoverability, and user acquisition. Focus on creating high-quality prototypes, conducting A/B tests, and ensuring WCAG accessibility standards.

Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (minimum 12 in-office days per month)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the design language for web products and ensure its adoption across all domains.
• Design public web pages for Ride-hailing, Micromobility, and Delivery to optimize conversion and discoverability.
• Iteratively improve user experiences through early prototype testing and constant A/B tests.
• Collaborate with platform engineers in an agile environment to implement precise design specifications.
• Conduct content audits to drive consistency and alignment with the company's house style.
• Support the Brand team in creating high-impact campaign pages.

Requirements

• Experience designing web products focused on user acquisition and creating "AHA!" moments.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools, including animating micro-interactions.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and frameworks like React.
• Knowledge of WCAG AA and AAA accessibility requirements and how to apply them to designs.
• English: C1 (fluent) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia.
