What you will do

• Architect, design, and deploy scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and deliver product features.
• Lead technical initiatives from initial concept through to successful execution.
• Work closely with Product teams to scope and deliver incremental improvements.
• Contribute to the product development roadmap with data-driven insights.
• Promote engineering best practices and share knowledge through tech talks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia for on-site work.
• Expertise in microservice architecture, API design, and distributed high-volume systems.
• Strong principles for writing clean, secure, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and relational databases.
• Ability to make data-driven, metric-based decisions in a fast-paced environment.
