What you will do
- Design and develop general modules, shared systems, and common toolsets for studio-wide use.
- Build robust, scalable, high-performance game features and systems using Unity and C#.
- Research and implement technical solutions for complex development challenges.
- Own and maintain the technical backlog (refactoring initiatives, estimates, and technical reasoning).
- Make technical decisions on architecture, refactoring, optimization, and development approaches.
- Optimize existing codebases and assets for best performance across multiple platforms; collaborate to resolve blockers and reduce technical risks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Unity game development experience.
- Strong C# and OOP skills (async/await, coroutines, generics, interfaces, SOLID).
- Solid understanding of game development principles, game physics, and optimization.
- Practical experience with ECS and architecture patterns (MVC/MVP, DI, services, data-driven approaches).
- Experience with Unity asset loading workflows (Addressables and Resources).
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have
- Contributions to shipped game titles.
- Experience with shaders, networking, AI, physics, or UI systems in Unity.
- Familiarity with multiplayer networking and architecture.
