Global Brand Partnerships Associate (Brand Partnerships): Scaling Food’s branded and paid media solutions by identifying, developing, and managing strategic FMCG and non-endemic partnerships with an accent on campaign execution, KPI-driven optimization, and cross-functional negotiation. Focus on building measurable growth through data-driven insights and creative, in-product and digital advertising assets.
Location: Tallinn - Veerenni 24/1, Estonia (Hybrid; at least 12 monthly in-office days)

What you will do
- Research market trends and customer needs to identify and develop high-impact partnership opportunities.
- Own partner relationships as the primary contact, ensuring ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
- Lead partnership negotiations and coordinate with legal and finance to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Define KPIs, monitor partnership performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and maximize value.
- Brief, create, and adapt digital advertising and in-product creatives, including producing mockups in Figma or similar tools.
- Implement campaign assets across multiple channels and placements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sales, monetization, performance marketing, or a similar business development role.
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with measurable business impact.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven, metric-focused decision-making to optimize partnership outcomes and campaign effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience briefing, creating, and adapting digital advertising and in-product creatives (mockups in Figma or similar tools).
- Strong written and spoken English.
