Senior Product Designer (DriverX)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (DriverX): Leading end-to-end design initiatives for the driver-facing platform with an accent on systems thinking, interaction design, and usability. Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid model with at least 12 in-office days per month).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives across a sub-domain within the Driver team.
• Prototype early concepts and validate ideas through user testing.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to drive product decisions.
• Present clear, structured design thinking to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design system and raise the overall quality bar.
• Balance speed and craft across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping digital products at scale.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and interaction design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and research tools.
• Experience working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be able to work from the Tallinn office (hybrid).
