What you will do

• Design and implement lifecycle messaging campaigns for active, passive, and churned users for assigned product areas.
• Co-manage 6,000+ automated messages, including copy, visuals, and target audiences.
• Localize communications content and visuals with local teams.
• Set up and analyze A/B tests for communications and make data-driven decisions based on results.
• Analyze existing messaging and launch new campaigns for active and churned users.

Requirements

• Proven years of experience in marketing, product, or a related field.
• Excellent English copywriting skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Data-driven, customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
• Experience managing lifecycle/email campaigns and communicating with large audiences.
• Ability to solve business problems by balancing technical and creative thinking and experimenting with new approaches.
