Technical Compliance Manager (iGaming)

Location: On-site in Ta' Xbiex, Malta

What you will do

• Manage technical compliance requirements across regulated markets.
• Coordinate platform, game, and system certifications with approved testing laboratories.
• Support regulatory audits and technical inspections.
• Review system and product changes from a compliance perspective.
• Support new market launches and regulatory approvals.
• Lead technical compliance projects and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience within the iGaming industry.
• Experience with regulated markets and technical compliance requirements.
• Experience with technical certifications and testing processes.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and market launches.
• Proficiency with Automation, AI, and Atlassian tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CSM, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, or ITIL.
• Experience working with testing laboratories like GLI, eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs, QUINEL, or iTech Labs.
