What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with domain objectives and user needs.
• Design and run experiments with analytics partners to inform product decisions and positioning.
• Lead cross-functional development from concept to launch.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and data insights.
• Track and evaluate key product metrics to guide iteration and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on product-related topics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong expertise in pricing models, optimization, and strategic trade-offs.
• Track record of launching and scaling products with measurable business impact.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in iterative product development practices and tools.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia
